Welcome to Ray's Burn Shop. We are short run CD specialists dedicated to bringing bands and musicians the best deal possible. We don't require you to purchase hundreds of CDs to get our best price and our minimum order is 10 units. That's right, TEN. We also have fast turnaround times and lots of packaging options.
Our setup fees range from $10 to $50, depending on the readiness of your artwork and your artwork is kept on file so you can easily order more discs.

Did you know...

Ray's uses a waterproof, direct to disc print process. These full colour, photo quality discs have a smooth finish and look great. No stick-on labels to jam disc drives and no smudging!

We duplicate CDs using Athena dedicated CD/DVD duplication towers and we use slow burn speeds to ensure high quality runs.

We use Tayio Yuden CD-Rs. They are of the highest quality and are made in a ISO 14001 certified facility. They have the lowest failure rate in the industry (0.006%) and come with a 100 year data retention guarantee.


Something to think about...

You can fit 200 Clear Sleeve CDs in the same amount of space it takes to transport/ship 30 CDs in standard jewel cases.

You can put an address label and a stamp on a CD sleeve and pop it in the mail. No need for an envelope.

All Digipaks include full colour printing, a Taiyo Yuden CD-R with full colour, smudgeproof disc printing and are finished with your choice of a 1" clear mylar tab or resealable cello wrap.

JEWEL CASES
Jewel cases come with a black tray but custom colours are available by special order. Some restrictions may apply. Jewel cases include a one or two page full colour insert and a Taiyo Yuden CD-R with full colour, smudgeproof disc printing and are finished with your choice of a 1" clear mylar tab or resealable cello wrap.

DISC SLEEVES
Disc sleeves with or without inserts are a great looking, economical way to get your disc out. They come with aTaiyo Yuden CD-R with full colour, smudgeproof disc printing and the same insert options as the Jewel Cases. If you're looking for a cheap mail-out option, the Taiyo Yuden CD-R with smudgeproof printing can be substituted with a standard printable CD-R*.

Want to take care of the packaging yourself? We can provide you with a professionaly duplicated and printed CD with no packaging. We can also do full colour printing on blank CDs that you can burn yourself as you need them. Both the smudgeproof CD-R and standard printable CD-R are available for this option.
